Tips and Hustling

What in the world is going on with people? Why don’t people like saving money? A guy came into our store yesterday, and we offered to save him nine dollars for a late fee, by simply giving 1 dollar to us for a tip.

I know that there are some people and even employees that feel asking for tips instead of late fees are something that shouldn’t be done, and in regards to integrity, fine. However, there are no major raises coming through, and no respect from the boss, so I have respectfully created a new genre of hustling.

I’m a true hustler in only one sense of the word. I need the money to pay for my school, and I need to pay my medical bills. With a new car as well, there is a lot of things that are piling up in my life and I don’t have the money to spare any chances. I need to make more than minimum wage at this point, and all the times that I avoided taking those 40 hour a week jobs because I was too prideful, are going down the toilet because as soon as I move to Seattle I need to hook into a routine that fits my degree a little better than working at a video store.

I know I’m succumbing to defeat, but I’m trying to make my way out of the gutter, but it’s not easy.

So to that guy that is willing to pay 9 dollars on a late fee instead of giving me a DOLLAR, SCREW YOU DUDE! We’ll see If I ever help you again.

Oh and to that lady that said she Didn’t like me so she will not tip me, screw her too. She said and I quote: I like April, Not You. Oh thanks….thanks a lot.
