I’ve been blogging since I was 15 years old. I’m 24 years old now, so I guess I’m a semi-pro blogger. I don’t know what that necessarily garners me in the long run, but it’s cool.
So in regards to everyone else, and you lovely people that are reading this, I want to extend my hand.
I will read your blog. I will subscribe to your feed. I will even make comments.
Why?
Simply because I have the time to do so. I read 100+ rss feeds in my google reader and am running out of content. Apparently I need more, so if you want another reader, commenter, or just looking for a stat, then use me. I am offering my services for free. I will be your fan when there is no one else reading your blog. That’s right, when the chips are down I will read your blog.
Keep that in mind.
Just comment on this and I’ll go ahead and add your feed to my google reader and you’ll start seeing me mop up with comments…or at the very least read what you’re writing.
In return, you could be generous and do the same for me, or add me as a link, link to this post, or simply just say thank you, or at the very very least enjoy the fact by yourself and don’t reciprocate anything to me.

Blogmad, Blogexplosion, Blogsoldiers, and all the other major blogging traffic sites are just not cutting it for me, so this is an invitation to everyone out there. Hook me up with something to read, and I’ll oblige.
I only ask that you update your blog, and that’s about it. I can’t promise to comment on EVERY single post, but I will actually read the post. That’s more than most people hitting your site for 30 seconds and leaving.

Why didn’t I think of this concept before? This is a good idea, especially for those of us who don’t get a whole lot of stickiness and comments.

I have two blogs, one with personal news (rarely updated because I’m rather private, oddly, given my profession) and the photo one, which I really love and update often.
I may need the services of a web designer in the next year, so this may be a nice coincidence.
