Another week is over, another top five list to go through for this lovely Saturday.

5. Pizza Hut Raises Prices! That’s right, they are considering regular cheese to be treated as an extra topping. That’s right, cheese is an extra topping for good ol’e Pizza Hut. That seems a bit much to me, but to all those fans of pizza that is not coming from a chain store, do not fret, cheese will not be treated the same across the board.

4. I first heard about this from Latina Lista (a great blog), but Schwarzenegger’s comments rubbed a lot of people the wrong way. In a way he’s trying to help but it angered more people than helped. As a former immigrant, the only thing that kept me up to date was Mexican television and news. As I started to learn English, I slowly began to pick up English television, and now I watch both. The downside of all these things is the fact that he took a “turn off completely” stance on the issue. That’s a bit extreme, but I do feel that immersion is a way to learn a new language.

3. Bad Religion is a great band. They have been around since 1980, and have never ceased to create good music, and stick to their punk rock ethics. In a recent interview with the band, new revelations appear in regards to religion, politics, education, and a plethora of different things from the band. If you’re a fan of Bad Religion, you can’t miss this.

2. I used to work in a Casket Store. The place was not the funnest place to work, but it definitely was the most satisfying to be around. It helped shape and mold a young teen into the person that I am today. In other ways it also bored me to death…no pun intended. However, over at Ryan’s Blog, apparently a Funeral Home mistakingly cremates someone and it just gets worse from there!

1. Now in a major plan of self promotion, The Mexican Dvd Review blog receives my top billings this week. Roughly 17 movies in 5 days, and 17 mediocre reviews of them helped build an empire over there. Even if you don’t like horror movies, you should at least check out the funny trailers, the simpsons parody, and all the other fun I’m having on that blog.
