Bringing the Hate To Work

I started off today with a good notion. I was planning on working on tasks there were to be done by me as mentioned in my meeting with the company last week.

I no longer feel good.

In fact I am beginning to slowly hate this job.

I’ve tried to spin a positive, but with so many people on their way out, I want to be next. I hate dealing with the negative structures, and stupid situations that are presenting themselves often.

Moreover, no one really cares around here. I have optimism but it’s squeezed out by overlords that complain about their jobs and roles and then expect me to care or to answer their stupid life riddle. I hate being the voice of reason, and the voice calling from the bottom.

I might be at the bottom of the ladder, but it seems that I’m being paid more than the person on top of the technical world.

I want out.

I just need another route. Another place to call my own, then we can find rest. Maybe I should save a lot of money, quit and look for another job. I hate the interactions.

I give up.
