I figure since everyone is giving out ideas for holiday gifts, I would throw out a few things for you guys to check out in case you need ideas….
Stephen King’s great novel is turned into a graphic presentation and it was recently announced that it was the #1 graphic novel in sales all over the Country. Stephen King’s book is made into such a lavish and wonderful graphic novel that you should hook up any horror fan or comic book fan this awesome graphic novel. Doctor Who caught me by surprise and well any sci-fi geek is going to freak out when you pop this to them. Doctor Who Season 1 on Dvd is 68.99 and is just too cool too pass up. You can pick up your copy of that box set here.
Zelda is a classic, every geek, nerd and poser has played Zelda. But they haven’t played Zelda Ds! This is a great addition to the DS line up and it was well received. Another Zelda classic has been thrown out by Nintendo for the masses and it truly is fun to play and easy to pick up for people of all ages. For the horror geek, you have to get him some good Clive Barker. A lot of people claim Stephen King is the master of horror, and well, he can produce some great nightmares, no doubt about it. However, Clive Barker is no slouch, he can produce a masterful picture of horrific proportions without holding back like King might at times. This is a fine example of that. Mixing cult classics is a genius move. Marvel Zombies and Army of Darkness meet head to head in this awesome graphic novel of epic proportions! I’m a female nerd and I love Stephen King! I’m not a huge fan of Zelda though… I like Mario best - the Italian roots, ya know
I picked up a copy of the Gunslinger Born novella, its pretty good…
I didn’t think it would be as good as it is. Marvel does some good things in that one, I definitely recommended it for a good reason.
What a sweet game that Zelda game is. Parents rush out and get your kids a copy and they will love it. The only problem with it is the usual one of pulling the game out of their hands every once in a while.
Doctor Who is now in its fourth series since its revival and is still going strong! Anyone who hasn’t seen it should definitely check it out - you won’t be disappointed. In fact, it’s the kind of sci-fi your mom would enjoy
