01.18Best Blog Posts Week (1/19/08 edition)
The very best blog posts this week seem a little odd to me. I couldn’t find a ton, although there was a lot of good stuff, a lot didn’t really stand out to me.
Maybe I was just tired.
Here’s the top blogs for this week ending with 1/19/07

5) About:Blank is an awesome blog with hilarious posts daily. Well there is one post this week that had me laughing really hard. In the post 100% Honest books, sexuality and books are on the forefront in some hilarious scenariors. Someone went crazy with photoshop, and did a great job making me laugh.
4) Akihabara Channel is a great blog about all things Japan. In this great post featuring a Mcdonald’s sandwhich they take photos and show you that the American’s aren’t the only people that love their Big Mac’s, or in this case, Mega Tomato! You have to see it to believe it.
3) My favorite shoe is being re-released and I’m too thrilled. CTOTHEJL.com posted up some pictures of the latest Lakai shoe and it’s a replica of the oringal Eric Koston shoes from Es Footwear! I remember begging my parents for these shoes, and I eventually got a pair which I proceeded to tear up skateboarding. They were strong, light weight, and wonderful shoes. I’m nostalgic…you gotta look at the Lakai Koston One’s….amazing.
2) Racketboy.com comes through again in the clutch with the most expensive and rare N64 games ever made. This is too cool. I can’t believe some of these N64 prices, amazing.
1) someuseless.info showcases articles and links that will help you make money online. WHile most sites that are about this topic make me tired and want to puke, this one is well written, and supplies some great articles. Like this one about starting a blog; best advice: don’t start a “How to make Money BLog” which is amazing to me.
Now for the best blog posts written by sir jorge (me):
I almost quit my comic book blog this week after growing tired of having to post. But somehow I pulled out enough strength to post solid posts.
4) The Mexican Dvd Review had a cool review (if i do say so myself) showcasing that not all Jackie Chan Movies involve a buddy cop theme. Fantasy Mission Force, although not strictly a Jackie Chan movie, features an early role with lots of action and amazonian women.
3) The big news over at Sir Jorge Comics was that the Justce League of America movie has been cancelled. Every comic book fan can breathe a sigh of relief, because this movie had disaster written all over it.
2) Is Graffiti Art? That’s what I asked at my skateboarding blog and it seemed that no one seemed to care to watch the video I posted, nor wanted to comment about the art and vandalism debate that is heating up in Mexico City. At least I posted it for my own viewing pleasure.
1) The Leprechaun Series went to space in the latest review by me at my Horror Movie Review Blog. This week was the lowest week in traffic, showing that horror fans are lazy or that my choice in films are crap. Whatever the case is, Leprechaun 4 In Space was cool to the touch and easy on the eyes.
That concludes this weeks “best of blogs” and I look forward to more blog posts from my 1,000+ rss feeds. Keep writing and please comment.
If by chance you want to help me out somehow, please visit a “related link” or buy something from Amazon.com It doesn’t cost you any extra, and it helps me pay for things like a Netflix account for my dvd review blogs and the hosting on this site…which is coming due sooner than later.

My students would love your graffiti art post. That’s the first thing they posted about on our class blog.
Loved the link to not making a “How to Make Money” blog. HA! Totally right on. (I learned.)
