In an odd way, the PR crash that derailed my online earnings this year is a blessing in some weird way. I have no page rank on this site, and that’s fine by me. I decided to stop trying to gain earnings as priority number one, and shift my focus on writing more stuff. So right now, I’m enjoying an easy out of blogging.

How so?

Simply by writing two or three posts a day, but only posting one on this blog, or at most two, giving me a surplus of articles to go live at any given moment. This is like cruise control, but in a different way.

So with no blogging income, and only pennies from project wonderful, and adsense, what is a blogger to do?

Let someone else handle it!

That’s exactly what I did with Text-Link-Ads, I just let them handle it. I signed up with their service, they broker deals with website owners for permanent to semi-permanent anchor text within my site, and I profit.

It’s not a one time down payment either, these things usually carry over monthly, so if I leave the link in my site for a 30 day period I get paid.

Just how lucrative is their service?

For me, a small time blogger with roughly no emphasis on making money online, I’m earning $24.56 this month, from textlinkads. This month alone, the earnings have doubled since last months re-inclusion of their service on this site.

The benefits of this program far outweigh a lot of cons that you may think of.

You don’t have to worry about “click throughs” or anything along those lines. You won’t even have to worry about trying to get people to by things from amazon, or anything like that.

You literally sit back, relax, write, and have fun, meanwhile every now and again a text link sells, and you get paid.

I know you’re skeptical, and rightfully so. But if you’re not worried about PR, and want a few extra dollars, consider this company, it actually works, I kid you not.

I’ll put it this way; textlinkads paid for me to see Semi-Pro and get some popcorn and drinks with my wife. That’s pretty cool if you ask me. Considering my “donations” page didn’t really help, the scratchback thing didn’t work, my entrecard promotions didn’t work, comment fridays didn’t do much, and adsense sucks, tla isn’t too bad.
