Something To Report

I’m not sure what I’m doing. I’m not sure where this is going either. Lately, I’ve been really busy, doing stuff like traveling…visiting family, working, and just haven’t had the time I want to dedicate to watching tons of movies.

I know that last week I spent a lot of time reading that Ron Jeremy Book, that I mentioned. I learned a lot about the worlds ugliest & most prominent male porn star in the world. Along the way, I reflected on how life would be to be in that guys shoes, and while on the surface it is nice to get paid to have sex, it is really not something you want to do. The book took a sobering turn, and I would venture far off and recommend it to all audiences eighteen and over.

I’m still reading The Freedom Manifesto, and am about half way through. It’s a small book in size, but has a lot of pages, with small type faces. It’s a fascinating look into the doldrums of modern society, and how minutia seems to take over our senses; post graduation of course.

I managed to pick up the new Death Cab For Cutie cd. The disc entitled, “Narrow Stairs” is currently spinning in my car’s cd player. I opt to actually buy music, instead of downloading it legally and/or illegally. I know that it seems counter productive to do so, but I used to own a record label and I enjoy the physical product to some extent. The album is not too bad, although many might find it to be a little disappointing. In many ways its more of the same, but that doesn’t necessarily mean its a bad thing; which is something that will come to haunt me in the near future, I’m almost certain.

I was in Idaho last week, and therefore I didn’t have a lot of posts on this site. My niece turned 1 years old. She’s full of life, that little one, and while everyone was filled with child like mannerisms, I chose a different road. I’m not big on the child like behavior, so I was more of the “serious” uncle, and when I let my guard down, it’ll mean all the more. I also met a few people in the town of Spokane (family of course), as I am now grafted to the family tree of my wife, and not just my own convoluted mess of a Mexican heritage. All in all it was a nice time.

Back on the home front it’s really warm. I couldn’t sleep last night. It’s too hot. Seattle, Wa. should get cooler though (where I live) as the freak heat wave was only supposed to last a couple of days.

I sure hope so.

As for this “blog x” theme, I’m not sure where it will take me.

I am going to be posting more frequently, and along the way I might as well warn my loyal reader or readers, that I will most likely be dropping some of you off the bandwagon. But if by some chance you still want to keep track of me and my “personal” side of things, you can follow me on my official “non-commercial” blog entitled Sir Jorge of Culver’s Blog, which has been running longer than this one…and is not forged in the intent of making money online. At least not overtly…there are some bread crumbs, but those are more for my musings, than for your patronage.

Finally, I’ve been working on the astore platform of amazon. Sure it’s tougher, but I like a challenge, and I have a few ideas to grow.

If you’re interested in seeing how I’ve been developing these platforms, you are more than welcome to check them out…as you’ll see links embedded here and there.

For now, you can check out the official sir jorge market, which is powered by amazon.com, and features a variate of music, books, and dvd’s that I talk about here on the site, and in my many online presences. Don’t feel obligated though, as I’m not really concerned with sales to a desperate endeavors…of sorts…

I’m rambling…
