Server speeds seem to be returning, although I hate this new layout. It’s lame.

No, I don’t mean the interface you’re probably seeing this in, I mean the back end. Since upgrading to wordpress 2.5, it just doesn’t feel right.

I’m sure I’ll get used to it, but right now, I’m not exactly too thrilled over the look of it. I’m also not exactly too thrilled about the whole slow down thing. I’ve been seeing slowdown on this site for a couple days now, and while the back end is starting to speed up, the front page still is a little odd.

If you’re a long time reader, or simply a visitor to this site, you might want to subscribe via the rss feed located all over this site, and you might get a different user experience.

As of right now, however, I’m trying to make things work, flipping switches, pulling wires, anything to get this thing back to fighting shape. I’m even considering using kubrick as a layout…but we’ll see.
