Weekend Video Store Playlist

Every weekend I manage to get five dvd’s from Netflix, and I plow through them like gun shots, one by one. This weekend is no different, and every friday I’ll try to update you guys with what’s sitting on top of my television set as I type. I also have the big netflix streaming box, but that means i’d have to update you with at least 400 selections that I have qued for me to watch next. Anyways, here’s this weekends line up of random crap I’m going to watch, enjoy.

28 Weeks Later dvd

The Sequel to one of my favorite zombie movies, is sitting on top of my television, and ready for me to finally sit down and watch it again. I don’t remember the first time I saw it, but it definitely needs another viewing from me, before I can turn a review out. If you’re following along, you’ll know that I have a horror movie review site that I don’t talk about on this site, because I’m an idiot. I’m sure I’ll enjoy this on some levels, but it’s going to be hard to top the other one.

Heavyweights Dvd

Judd Apatow is praised for Superbad, Pineapple Express, The 40 Year Old Virgin, and other works he’s got up his sleeves, but no one mentions that he co-wrote this film about Fat Camp! Ben Stiller plays a villain, and it’s a fun kids movie. I’ve seen a ton of times before, but I’m going to venture back to the children’s movies for the sake of another carnival of reviews here on everyones favorite blog to ignore.

Dexter Season 1 Dvd

I’m a big fan of Six Feet Under, and have been watching Dexter Season 1 unfold nicely, I like it. I hope to finish Season 1 this weekend.

I heard that The Island ripped off this movie called The Clonus Horror, so I got the Mystery Science Theater 3000 edition and am delighted to get a shot at comparing the two films.

Falekes Dvd

Zooey Deschanel has one of those faces that I just want to…uh…nevermind. I’ll keep this post pg by not venturing into my pornographic mind…nevermind….Flakes interests me because it features a restaurant that only serves cereal. That’s all I know about it, oh and Zooey looks nice….uh…Next DVD!

Rescue Me Season 1 dvd

Rescue Me Season 1 continues to arrive at my house via Netflix and I’m enjoying it greatly. The show has never been a favorite of mine, but I went back and gave it a second look and so far it is not half bad. Who knew Fireman had so much drama? At least these fireman do.

Ah, Heavyweights! I forgot about that movie-I happened to catch it on disney a few years ago and it wasn’t too bad. Ben Stiller was pretty funny being an evil “dictator” of the camp.
