The Horrors of it all blog is one of my favorite daily reads. The blog, not hosted on its own domain (for those of you that frown on blogspot), is an INCREDIBLE site to follow. The site basically showcases full scans of comic book stories from the horror genre. I kid you not, these are FULL scans! These are amazing and perfect for you comic book fans that also enjoy horror as well. I’m currently enjoying that site on a daily basis, and you might enjoy that too.

Robert Downy Jr. said Fuck DC Comics and everyone is in an uproar. Really? Really? When I was a teenager, at my high school you either liked DC or Marvel, and if you didn’t it, you would hear someone say this sort of thing and then get heckled to death. Robert Downey Jr. doesn’t have to love everything, and yet we jump on it as news. What is even worse, is that I dignified it with a mention on this blog. I don’t know why I do this to myself. I like Marvel and DC, but I can see where this guy is coming from…unless he’s just trying to promote his latest movie Tropic Thunder, by saying what I was thinking about the Dark Knight after thinking about it more. Oh well…not everyone has to like everything, when will people learn?

I’m tired. I have a notebook full of movie reivews and I just have to write them out and post them. Unlike many bloggers, I write my reviews in a notebook with full annotated outlines, and transferring those to this blog has become quite the chore. If I made money reviewing movies like the guys over at spill.com, I probably would have more free time to do a better job. So for those of you itching for more movie reviews, hand in there, they are being worked on when I’m not slaving away at my desk, or watching the first season of Dexter. What? Haven’t heard of Spill? I admit, I’m getting lazy in my old age. I have been working on a lot of things, and since this site isn’t paying the bills, I have to work extra hard to stay put in cubicle land. I miss the video store.
